Data Erasure and Right to Be Forgotten Request Portal
Critical Notice
Once account deletion is confirmed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your profile credentials, personal preferences, listings, and digital store settings (if applicable) will be permanently purged from our databases immediately.
1. Methods to Request Deletion
You can request your account and data removal through the following official channels:
1In-App Self-Service Deletion
Open the Al-Mazar app or log in to your Threxs store profile. Navigate to Account Settings or profile settings, click on the Delete Account button at the bottom, and confirm. Your deletion schedule will trigger immediately.
2Email Support Request
If you no longer have access to the application, send an email to our support desk from the same email address registered with your account, stating the application name and account details.
2. What Data is Permanently Erasured?
Under your Right to Erasure, we will purge the following records from our systems:
- User profile name, email address, encrypted passwords, and registered phone number.
- Profile photos, application preferences, and custom comments left on news posts.
- Store directory profiles, product lists, and geolocation coordinate pins on interactive maps.
- Uploaded files or digital key inventory associated with merchant storefronts.
3. Retention Schedules & Exemptions
- Active Databases: Data is dropped immediately upon confirmation and is no longer accessible on service interfaces.
- Backup Archives: Residual elements may remain in system backups for up to 30 days for disaster recovery purposes. Backups are encrypted and overwritten periodically.
- Tax and Accounting Logs: We are legally mandated to retain purchase invoices and transaction ledger documents (associated with Threxs sales) for tax auditing purposes under governing laws.
