Welcome to the website and services of Contra Jet. This document represents a binding legal agreement governing your access and usage of our website, applications, and desktop software designed for Windows and Android systems (collectively, the "Services").
By utilizing our Services or downloading any of our software utilities, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept any provision within this document, you must cease using our Services and uninstall our applications immediately.
1. Nature of Services and Disclaimer
The legal responsibilities and details of the Contra Jet services are defined by the technical properties of each individual project:
- VidQuarry Download Utility: The User acknowledges that VidQuarry is strictly a neutral download tool enabling access to public media links. Contra Jet does not host, store, or distribute files or media on its servers. The user is solely responsible for civil and criminal compliance with intellectual copyrights of downloaded material.
- Threxs E-Commerce Marketplace: Threxs is a multi-vendor digital asset marketplace operated and owned by Rio Market Services LTD. We provide the storefront infrastructure; vendors are solely liable for intellectual licensing and compatibility of items.
- Al-Mazar Al-Shamali App: A local directory and news app owned and operated by Al-Dairy Digital Solutions Establishment (ADDSE). We are not liable for the quality of local merchant listings or accuracy of regional source news.
2. License Limitations and Restrictions
Contra Jet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run our applications. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our programs.
- Using our website or technical components to build competing or similar services.
- Attempting to bypass, crack, or manipulate software license keys and subscription status pipelines.
- Distributing malware, hacking services, or violating database integrity.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All codebases, user interfaces, interactive graphics (including WebGL shaders and text particle systems), logos, and trademarks belonging to Contra Jet and its affiliates are the exclusive intellectual property of the Contra Jet network. Copying, republishing, or distributing them is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments and licensing transactions are securely processed by Stripe or PayPal. Users agree to the refund terms specified for each service before purchasing. Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, refunds are not provided if a third-party platform updates its algorithms beyond our software's control.
5. Termination and Access Restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to accounts, stores, and application access immediately and without notice if a user violates these Terms, submits fraudulent information, or performs unauthorized software edits.
6. Governing Law
- Disputes regarding digital e-commerce transactions (Threxs platform) shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK).
- Disputes regarding community directories (Al-Mazar Al-Shamali) shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, under the jurisdiction of Irbid courts.
